This toy is cute, well made, and sturdy. I got this for my 2 and 3 year olds to play with. My 3 year old has sat on it, stood on it, and dropped it several times and it has held up suprisingly well. The plastic on top is strong enough to withstand some rough treatment. It has some suction cups on the back I guess to stick it to the floor, but I’m not really sure why … as the wheel only requires small movements to guide the car. I like that it can be plugged in to an outlet, however the cord is so short they would have to play within a foot of where the plug is. The cord also doesn’t go all the way in the hole, but it still charges. It also uses batteries (3 double A’s) so we just used those. There is no way to turn the sound off or down and it is a little loud. There are buttons for a horn, music, and three buttons two sound like sirens and one sounds like squeeling tires. While there are 2 difficulty levels, even the easier level - which is just the car going slower) is pretty tough to do. Every time you run off the road or into another car the squeeling tires sound happens and you have to hit the “music” or “siren” buttons to start again. There isn’t a lot of variation with this game and I can see them getting bored with it just as soon as they figure out how to use it.
